Position Summary

As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your role will involve operating the switchboard and providing assistance to guests, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and assist visitors, maintaining eye contact and addressing them by name whenever possible.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, accurately taking messages and addressing inquiries.
  • Manage conference room activities, including monitoring schedules and communicating any changes to relevant staff.
  • Implement security protocols for incoming and outgoing visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
  • Act as a resource for guests and employees, providing information on amenities, transportation, and local services.
  • Coordinate car service requests for guests and staff.
  • Communicate with internal departments regarding maintenance, IT support, and other operational needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Two to three years of experience in a client service or reception role within a hospitality or corporate setting.
  • Proficient in computer skills and familiar with office technology and equipment.
