About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Orthodontic Experts Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, providing exceptional care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Accountabilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care by communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.
  • Manage patient accounts, including tracking payments and outstanding balances.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high school degree or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or related fields.
  • 1+ year of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package including an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
