Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and patrol buildings and grounds to prevent damage or loss of property.
  • Respond to and investigate emergency situations, ensuring the well-being of all individuals on site.
  • Secure buildings and grounds, utilizing security equipment and technology as needed.
  • Monitor access to the property, ensuring only authorized personnel enter and exit.
  • Collaborate with grounds personnel to address weather and road conditions, ensuring the property remains secure and accessible.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in private security, military service, or law enforcement is preferred.
  • Basic security skills, including the use of guard tour equipment and proficiency in operating a Windows-based PC for automated computer control systems.
