Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at BL Harbert International LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance and complete necessary paperwork
• Train staff in related work assignments and maintain records of operation
• Monitor inventories and request supplies and equipment as needed
• Ensure work areas are properly maintained and meet safety standards
• Place, finish, protect, and repair concrete in construction projects
• Set forms, ensure correct depth and pitch, and check for proper construction
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete using various tools and equipment
• Monitor curing processes and make adjustments as necessary
• Cut out damaged areas, drill holes, and position reinforcing rods for repair
• Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete
• Mix cement, sand, and water to produce concrete, grout, or slurry

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a concrete finisher
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
