About This Position:

Craftsmen Resources is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a laborer or concrete finisher, you will be involved in multiple construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place and finish concrete aggregates to spec with appropriate hand or power tools.
  • Measure, assemble, and install wood or metal forms according to plan.
  • Safely operate core drills, power vibrators, edging tools, wall saws, slab saws, and other trade-related tools.
  • Operate demolition tools such as chipping hammers and jack hammers.
  • Apply sealers and varnish when necessary.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required by jobsite.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of concrete construction-related field experience.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40 pounds and push and pull objects as required.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, crouch, crawl, kneel, and reach.
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
  • Ability to work well with others.
