About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Clinical Site Lead to join our team in Philadelphia. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for driving study execution and operational excellence across Abbott Cardiovascular therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a productive clinical territory, identifying and developing sites capable of delivering start-up goals, study participation levels, and required data quality.
  • Understand and assess investigators' interests and qualifications, identifying appropriate investigators as defined by study-specific requirements and applicable regulatory codes.
  • Maintain open communication and relationships with key site personnel, including the Principal Investigator, Research Coordinator, and regulatory and legal personnel.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to customers and field staff, facilitating communication between clinical sites and other Abbott clinical staff as needed.
  • Manage all aspects of study lifecycle, including site regulatory and quality, start-up, enrollment, and regulatory and quality.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science, health science, or nursing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical trial operations, preferably in the cardiovascular field.
  • Strong understanding of GCP and commitment to progress knowledge and achieve Abbott certifications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
