Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Resource Team Nurse to join our team at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. As a Critical Care Resource Team Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Critical Care Resource Team
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Current Washington RN licensure
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
- At least 6 months of continuous medical and/or surgical ICU RN experience gained within the last 3 years
- Trauma Core Curriculum (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 12 months of hire
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification within 6 months of hire
- Competitive hourly rate of $74.61 (more depending on RN experience)
- Additional pay for BSN, MSN, DPN, and advanced certifications
