Job Title: Part Time Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part Time Receptionist to join our team at Allegria Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Port Jefferson. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the lobby area, monitoring residents, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and ensure the safety of the lobby area
  • Ensure that no resident leaves the building unattended
  • Stay with residents until alternate staff relief arrives
  • Make copies as assigned
  • Ensure that visitors sign in
  • Work with a minimum of supervision and function independently
  • Treat all residents and co-workers with dignity and respect
  • Relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset residents
  • Maintain a safe environment throughout the facility

Requirements:
  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, transferring calls, basic office tasks, intake paperwork
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Entry Level (0-2 years)
