Job Summary:

Butler America Aerospace LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Numerical Control Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex numerical control programs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement numerical control programs for numerically controlled production, tooling programs, and manufacturing development projects.
Collaborate with engineering personnel to ensure that programs meet tooling and manufacturing requirements and standards.
Create tooling/material sketches, numerically controlled setup sheets, dimensional charts, material sketches, and machine operation diagrams.
Determine the most efficient and expedient method of lofting by numerical control methods and fabricating by numerical control tooling and sheet metal standards and related tools.

Requirements:

Two (2) years college or equivalent experience, with preferred courses in Math through Trigonometry and Analytical Geometry, Engineering material, Processing Technology, and Manufacturing methods and procedures.
Trained in CADAM, CATIA, and APT programming.
Strong knowledge of Loft, Engineering, Tool Design, Manufacturing, and Planning processes and procedures.
Ability to schedule several assignments and possess the skills required to submit reliable cost/hour estimates.

Preferred Qualifications:

Catia V-5 modeling and surfacing experience.
NC Programming experience.
Flat Pattern experience.
