As a Room Care Specialist, your efforts will significantly contribute to ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Room Care Specialist, you will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest accommodations while responding to requests to enhance guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning assigned guest rooms, which includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors.
  • Changing and restocking bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
  • Executing deep cleaning tasks when necessary to uphold our high standards.
  • Managing and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily to ensure all materials are readily available.
  • Disposing of waste and recyclables in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Addressing special guest requests promptly and courteously.
  • Providing turn-down service for guests as needed.
