Nurse - Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a critical care specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition, establishing a plan of care that addresses their unique needs and goals.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- RN License in the State of AZ or another compact state.
- Current TNCC, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required based on level assignment.
- Moderate & Deep Sedation certification required within 60 days of hire.
- 3 years of experience in Critical Care, including ER, PACU/ASU, ICU, IMCU, Cath Lab, and OB; 2 years of experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, SNU, Post-Partum, Clinics, & Inpatient Acute Rehab.
