Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, and collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care
  • Monitor and record patient conditions as necessary
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required
  • RN License in the State of AZ or another compact state
  • Current TNCC, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
  • 3 years of experience in Critical Care, including ER, PACU/ASU, ICU, IMCU, Cath Lab, and OB
