Medical Instrumentation Service Specialist

Join our team as a Medical Instrumentation Service Specialist, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of advanced medical laboratory analyzers. This role requires a solid foundation in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and preventive servicing of medical instrumentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Field Support Group to resolve technical issues.
- Manage inventory of tools and parts necessary for service tasks.
- Provide essential on-site training for clients on the operation of our equipment.
Qualifications:
- A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service engineering role.
- Strong background in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience with medical laboratory analyzers or similar devices is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel overnight as required.
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000, with potential for additional earnings through overtime and performance bonuses.
