Business Intelligence Analyst - PL/SQL

About the Role:

As a key member of our Data Team, you will collaborate across various domains and solution offerings at Capco to dissect complex challenges and devise effective solutions. In your capacity as a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will generate analytical reports and deliver data-driven strategic insights, trends, and perspectives to facilitate transformation for our clients.

  • Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and efficient database systems
  • Contribute to the implementation of data pipelines, data warehouses, data marts, operational data stores, and lakehouses
  • Collaborate on the integration of various data storage solutions
  • Focus on performance optimization, enhancement, balancing, usability, and automation

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL in OLTP, Data Warehouse, and Big Data environments, with a strong emphasis on PL/SQL.
  • Prior experience in Management Consulting.
  • 4+ years in a Data Analyst position.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of experience in writing medium to complex stored procedures is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and function well within a team.
  • Extensive experience in crafting complex queries.
  • Thorough understanding of all facets of Data Movement and Processing, including ETL, API, OLAP, and best practices for data tracking.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Denodo is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, MongoDB, Exadata) is a plus.
