About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at DAS Installers LLC, dba BDA Systems Co.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and President
  • Manage reports and documents
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows
  • Support department heads with operational tasks

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Teams)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Prompt and punctual
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Bonus: Spanish speaking skills
