Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at DAS Installers LLC, dba BDA Systems Co.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and President
- Manage reports and documents
- Communicate with vendors and stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows
- Support department heads with operational tasks
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Teams)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Prompt and punctual
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Bonus: Spanish speaking skills
