Job Description

TruPartner Credit Union, a leading financial institution in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist members with loan applications, account openings, and notary services, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve member issues and provide solutions that meet their financial needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in financial services and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a financial institution or related field.
  • Basic understanding of computers and technology, with proficiency in software applications and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Lending experience and Notary Public certification are preferred, but not required.
