Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, therapeutic, and efficient patient care to patients of all ages, including neonates, adults, and geriatrics.
- Organize and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligibility to practice due to Compact state agreements.
- Diploma in nursing or associate degree in nursing required.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Ability to recognize critical rhythms and seek intervention for telemetry nurses.
