RN Practitioner

At CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region, we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. As a RN Practitioner, you will play a critical role in our team's efforts to provide exceptional healthcare services to our patients.
Responsibilities- Assume responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis, and collaboration with MD partners to ensure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care.
- Perform advanced practice procedures, utilizing the nursing process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of patients.
- Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
- 1 year of experience in a clinical or advanced practice setting, preferred.
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
- Master's Degree in Nursing as Nurse Practitioner, from a nationally accredited postgraduate certificate program required.
- Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for, and listed on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required.
- Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, in applicable population foci and/or sub-specialty.
- RN License required.
- BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting.
- ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting.
- Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan.
