About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Renewal Management Strategist to drive our end-to-end contract renewal process. Reporting directly to our SVP of GTM Strategy, you'll lead the team responsible for enhancing processes, mitigating risks, and delivering high renewal rates.

Job Description
  1. Manage the end-to-end renewal process for all assigned contract renewals, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
  2. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
  3. Develop and present compelling value propositions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • At least eight years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, customer success, or renewal management.
  • Experience managing and negotiating contracts, developing pricing proposals based on customer need, with a track record of successful closing of renewals and upselling.
Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience, and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

US national base pay range is $165,000-$185,000 USD per year.
