At America's Swimming Pool Company, we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a swimming pool route, ensuring timely and efficient cleaning and maintenance of pools each week.
  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, timers, and automated pool systems.
  • Stock and manage chemicals on the truck, adjusting water chemistry for each pool as needed.
  • Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform to streamline services and communicate with customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade equipment or enhance the customer experience with additional products.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company protocols.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • High school degree or GED.
