Job Title: Shift Lead

At Big Blue Swim School, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Lead to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our swim programs and providing exceptional customer service to our students and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Swim Instructors in delivering high-quality swim lessons
  • Monitor pool deck activities and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all students
  • Communicate effectively with parents and customers to provide updates and resolve any issues
  • Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with Big Blue Swim School standards
  • Assist with facility operations, including cleanliness and maintenance
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on weekends and weeknight evenings
