The Children\u0027s Village is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Facilitator to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to facilitate groups and work one-on-one with participants in our program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in youth development and restorative justice practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Facilitate groups and lead discussions on topics such as attendance, preparedness, performance, attitude, and participation
* Meet with participants one-on-one to review program performance and provide guidance and support
* Collaborate with the ECHOES Probation Officer to ensure a cohesive and effective program
* Oversee a work team at project sites and provide guidance and support as needed
* Work 10 hours per week, including some weekdays and Saturdays

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor\u0027s degree in a related field (e.g. social work, education, psychology)
* 2+ years of experience working with youth in a program or service setting
* Strong knowledge of restorative justice practices and principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
