Patient Care Facilitator

At Rochester Regional Health, we empower our team members to reach their full potential. As a Patient Care Facilitator, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide customer service to patients while managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
* Complete the registration process for patients as defined by departmental policy and verify insurance eligibility/coverage.

**Physical Requirements:**
