The ASTEP Facilitator will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of middle and high school youth at The Brotherhood Sister Sol. This part-time position involves co-facilitating activities, building relationships with youth, and providing guidance and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-plan and facilitate weekly group activities, including performing arts, tutoring, and recreation
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with youth, promoting a safe and supportive environment
• Provide daily guidance, care, and supervision of members
• Support recruitment efforts and assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience working with middle and high school youth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong moral character and a positive role model
• Ability to supervise and maintain order with groups of teens
• Creative, resourceful, and fun
