About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the snack food industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our snack food products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve sales and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales and business development experience in the snack food industry or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel and occasional overtime required.
