Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Operations:

1. **Manage Restaurant Environment**: Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines, and build a culture that promotes teamwork, results, integrity, passion for service, fun, balance, innovation, and guest-driven service.

2. **Guest Service**: Ensure the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints by self and staff, and refer all verbal and written guest complaints to the Assistant Director/ Director of Operations.

3. **Associate Performance**: Ensure quality recruitment and referrals of potential management candidates, adhere to and promote training procedures of new managers, and maintain a trained staff through effective use of employment orientation, individual training sessions, associate meetings, and implementation of company policy.

4. **Inventory Management**: Maintain adequate inventory levels, ensure product preparation and presentation meet company standards, and actively participate in the community to increase sales and enhance the awareness of our restaurant.

5. **Financial Management**: Ensure the restaurant is meeting or exceeding operating budgets, manage all service contracts to ensure routine and preventative maintenance occurs, and follow through on all work and billing.

Leadership and Development:

1. **Inspire Teamwork**: Inspire cooperation and teamwork from management and associates by building a culture derived from our Culture/Mission/Vision.

2. **Guest Obsession**: Be guest-obsessed and promote the team to be.

3. **Personal Growth**: Develop goals and action plans for personal/professional growth, provide a role model for managers and associates, and exhibit a professional image.

Physical Requirements:

1. **Physical Demands**: Must be able to stand and exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to ten hours in length, speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other staff members, transport and carry objects up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and work in a fast-paced environment.

2. **Equipment Operation**: Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment, cook at times operating fryers, broilers, flat tops, and steamers, and reach and grab products above shoulder frequently.

3. **Safety and Security**: Maintain effective safety and security programs according to company policy and government standards, and ensure all cash handling procedures are adhered to.
