About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Northwest region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed budgeted sales expectations.
  • Monitor and direct sales efforts, representative activities, competitive activities, and customer activities in the region.
  • Actively communicate activities in the region to personnel and stakeholders.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, with majority of visits in the Bay area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, technical major preferred, with five or more years sales experience.
  • Without a degree, 10+ years experience in medical, electronics, or defense industry with applications development experience.
  • Valid vehicle driver's license in U.S.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of Jobot products and services.
  • Must be able to field any customer questions and serve as a customer liaison.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word software.
