We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team at Baxter Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing new and used vehicle registrations, submitting legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles, and verifying funds and lienholder payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process vehicle registrations and title applications in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify funds and lienholder payments before processing title applications
  • Prepare billing and certificates of origin for dealer trade transactions
  • Compile and maintain a detailed list of outstanding title work
  • Stay up-to-date with title regulations and attend local seminars as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
  • Automotive experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
