Job Summary:

DispatchHealth is seeking a highly skilled Lead Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in Raleigh Durham, NC. As a clinical leader, you will promote the DispatchWay by providing guidance and support to our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, and train APPs to ensure clinical readiness and quality care.
Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to improve patient outcomes and safety.
Collaborate with the Market Manager and Regional Medical Director to enhance the patient, provider, and partner experience.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to APPs to ensure they meet clinical metrics and KPIs.
Champion the DispatchWay culture by promoting teamwork, change management, positivity, and professionalism.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the ED, UC, or family practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Current unrestricted state licensure and nationally board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Prescriptive authority and DEA certification.
Ability to document in electronic medical records and adopt technological tools to optimize provider workflow.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Critical thinking skills and expertise in clinical skills related to acute care, chronic conditions, and injuries.
