Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Strategist to join our team at ezCater. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets within a defined industry vertical.

About the Role:
  • Your primary focus will be on market analysis: understanding and interpreting market and qualitative research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • You will use insights to inform Product Marketing and our go-to-market strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective messaging and marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • A key aspect of this role is identifying target audiences and segments that will deliver maximum impact, developing and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to meet lead generation targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets within a defined industry vertical.
  • Market analysis: Understand and interpret market and qualitative research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform Product Marketing and our go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective messaging and marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and segments that will deliver maximum impact.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to meet lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the tools, resources, and messaging needed to effectively engage prospects.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of industry marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on KPIs and iterating to drive outcomes at scale.
What We Offer:
  • A national cash compensation range for this role is $101,000 - $133,000 per year.
