Quilt and Co Tasting Room Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tasting Room Supervisor to join our team at Quilt and Co in downtown Napa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, supervising and training staff, and ensuring all standards are being followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Tasting Room staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.
  • Host guests for our wax dipping experience and provide warm and sincere engagement.
  • Resolve staff and guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train and onboard new Hospitality staff, including scheduling and forecasting staff needs.
  • Provide social media content to our marketing team and assist with service inventories and cash reconciliations.
  • Assist with opening and closing the Tasting Room as needed and perform additional duties as assigned by the Hospitality GM.
Requirements:
  • Previous tasting room supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring staff with the ability to lead in a high-stress environment.
  • Strong wine knowledge required; wine certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Tock, Commerce 7, RedChirp software, and Microsoft Office Suite highly preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Able to carry up to 50 lbs regularly and climb multiple flights of stairs several times per day.
  • Able to interact comfortably with guests and staff in English.
  • CA Food handler and RBS certifications required within a certain timeframe.
