Craniofacial Surgery Specialist

Position Overview
Provider Solutions & Development is in search of a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with specialized training in craniofacial surgery. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a team of experienced plastic surgeons, focusing on aesthetic facial procedures and facial feminization for diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a full-time practice with a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Provide specialized craniofacial surgical care, including aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
- Work alongside subspecialty groups within a multidisciplinary framework.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated support staff, including advanced practice clinicians and registered nurses.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package ranges from $400,000 to $560,000 annually, which may include additional incentives based on productivity, quality of service, and other relevant factors. Opportunities for continuing medical education (CME) benefits may also be available.
