Seeking a Breast Surgery Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Swedish Cancer Institute's state-of-the-art breast surgery clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in women's health, breast surgery, or management of high-risk breast patients.

This is an outpatient care only position with no call, offering a flexible schedule and good work-life balance. The practice includes management of benign breast disease, including breast abscesses, post-surgical complications, and survivorship care of breast cancer patients.

A large component of the practice is management of women at high risk for breast cancer, including BRCA mutation carriers. The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated team of breast specialists, including breast surgeons, PAs, and ARNPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
  • Manage benign breast disease and high-risk breast patients
  • Collaborate with breast surgeons and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington
  • Experience in women's health, breast surgery, or high-risk breast management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
