Job Title: Pediatric Nurse - San Antonio, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVN to join our team as a pediatric nurse in San Antonio, TX. As a pediatric nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

About Thrive SPC

Thrive SPC operates in the entire ecosystem that surrounds medically complex children, working to be the care provider of choice and an integral part of the community that supports our patients through advocacy and Thrive Cares Foundation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to medically fragile children
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the child's needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor the child's condition and report any changes or concerns to the physician
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
