Job Title: Registered Nurse RN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

About the Role:

  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to clients with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Current valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse RN
  • Current CPR certification
