Join Our Team as a Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our pediatric patients in their homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Requirements
  • Current LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
