Restaurant Ambassador

At 21c Museum Hotels, we're seeking a charismatic Restaurant Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Sell menu items with confidence, encouraging guests to try new dishes and flavors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, prioritizing guest satisfaction above all else.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and other technology tools.
  • Availability for on-the-job training and ongoing professional development.
