About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly qualified individuals to join our team as Flight Instructors at Access Dubuque. As a Flight Instructor, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of pilots and aviation professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and mentor students in the classroom and in the air
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Conduct flight training and evaluations
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field
  • Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating
  • Flight Instructor Certificate
  • Minimum 500 hours of flight time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Aviation or related field
  • Experience as a Flight Instructor
  • Additional certifications such as Multi-Engine or Instrument Instructor
