Job Title: Occupational Therapist for Home Health Visits

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Home Healthcare Team at Obran Cooperative. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing quality home health visits to our patients, helping them to regain independence and improve their overall well-being.

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' functional status, identifying equipment needs, and developing treatment plans to improve their ability to perform daily activities. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and identify equipment needs
  • Develop treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
