Senior Manager Field Sales Leader

As a Senior Manager Field Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in driving business growth and revenue for Verizon's Prepaid business. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop their team to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with Indirect Partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 10-15 Territory Account Executives in driving sales and business growth for Verizon's Prepaid business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Indirect Partners to drive revenue and growth.
- Monitor and evaluate agent and overall channel sales performance for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- 4+ years of experience leading a sales team.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
- A valid driver's license.
- Experience in the prepaid wireless industry is a plus.
