Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end close duties, including journal entries and accrual analysis.
  • Monitor all bank accounts and transactions on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
  • Analyze financial statements on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with audits and documentation of internal controls.
  • Record fixed assets, dispositions, and depreciation in the system.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
  • SAP knowledge is a significant advantage, as the company recently implemented the system.
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • General ledger accounting experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
