About the Role

This is a 12-month residency program designed to provide new graduate nurses with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their role. You will work closely with experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop your clinical skills and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the intermediate care unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license and a degree in nursing from an accredited program. You should also have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to lifelong learning.
