New Grad RN Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Women's Care and Infants unit at UCHealth UCHlth Memorial Hospital North. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and provide top-notch care to our patients.
Department and Shift:This position is located in the LDRP PCU North department and requires a Full-Time commitment with a Nights shift schedule. In addition to base pay and night shift differential, full-time night shift RNs are eligible to participate in UCHealth's night shift incentive pay program upon completion of orientation.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
- Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
- 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- Full medical, dental and vision coverage.
