New Grad RN Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing top-notch patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care in the ICU or PCU setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
