Salary

$47.98 - $75.94 per hour (Base Pay Range). Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Job Description

The Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor at Providence is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance and implementing best practices in patient care. This position promotes professional nursing standards and nurtures staff development within an outpatient setting, ensuring quality and compassionate care for patients.

  • Oversee clinical staff performance and implement best practices in patient care

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent educ/experience
  • An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses and related clinical positions
