Job Summary:

Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control business is seeking an Industrial Security Professional Associate / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL. As the CPSO associate, you will perform program security duties supporting multiple special access programs as well as collateral efforts. Responsibilities include all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense Manual 5205.07, Volumes 1-4 and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and others as applicable. You will also complete Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.

What You Will Be Doing:
• Performing program security duties supporting multiple special access programs as well as collateral efforts.
• Completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.
• Managing all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, and classification management.
• Utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense Manual 5205.07, Volumes 1-4 and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and others as applicable.

Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
• Secret Clearance with Investigation or CV date within 6 years.
• Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential.
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.

Desired Skills:
• Excellent computer skills, public speaking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DISS, SIMS, and security clearances.
• Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

• Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
• Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
