Join our team as a Service Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, assisting Service Advisors, managing the service area, and much more. You will collaborate closely with Service Advisors to gain insights into their responsibilities, preparing you for future advancement into the Service Advisor position and facilitating your professional growth within a well-respected company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome service clients upon their arrival for scheduled appointments.
  • Engage with clients and advisors to address client needs effectively.
  • Transport vehicles to and from the service lane, service areas, and parking facilities as required.
  • Support advisors with various service-related tasks.
  • Respond to basic inquiries from clients.
  • Park vehicles in designated areas and ensure keys are organized appropriately.
  • Maintain a tidy service area.
  • Assist with snow removal and salting of entrances as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Capability to complete assigned duties efficiently.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive demeanor with a proactive approach.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
