Job OverviewAs a Configuration Associate at JobsRUs.com, you will play a vital role in our client's operation. This dynamic position involves a variety of tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Assemble electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or products according to product specifications.
**Follow established procedures and apply knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to assemble units.
**Ensure conformance to specified tolerances.
**May disassemble and correct malfunctions.
**Other responsibilities may include the assembly of test kits or other packing/labeling tasks.

**Requirements:**

**Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
**A team player with a keen eye for detail.
**Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy warehouse environment.
**Ability to follow directions and adhere to performance and safety standards.
**Prior experience in a similar role (manufacturing, transportation, warehousing) is a plus, but not required.
**High school diploma or GED required.
