Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Hebron, Kentucky


Schedule: Temporary, Full-time hours Sunday-Thursday 6am-3pm Local Time, 4-5 months


Travel: No



Description & Requirement:


  • Deliver comprehensive on-site technical support, focusing on computer hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Ensure seamless user onboarding by requesting, enabling, and setting up new user accounts and access
  • Implement standard image for new devices and re-image existing systems
  • Prioritize the configuration of client computers, encompassing both hardware and software requirements
  • Proactively maintain and troubleshoot local printers and handheld scanners from Zebra and HP
  • Coordinate the delivery and installation of assets
  • Expertly provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for desktops, laptops, and related devices
  • Effectively manage the IT Ticket Queue to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to excel in customer-facing roles
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory for this position
  • On-site support is essential, with no remote work options


Compensation: This position comes with an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications
