Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Manage guest bookings and appointments, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling
  • Conduct tours of the spa and fitness center, highlighting our services and amenities
  • Coordinate guest experiences prior to arrival, ensuring all needs are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in spa software
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, move around the spa, and lift up to 50 pounds
